Membership Agreement
1) By registering
as a member of this web site Fishing Flea, hereafter referred to
as FF,
2) FF users may
only maintain one active registration. In other words, it is one registration
per
person. By accepting this agreement, you certify that you have no other registration
with
FF.
3) Considering the real-time
nature of FF, it is impossible for us to review messages
or confirm the validity of information
posted. Please remember that we do not
actively monitor the contents of posted
messages and are not responsible for any
messages
posted.
4)
We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness
of any message,
and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
5) The messages express
the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of
FF or any entity associated with
FF.
6)
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact
us.
We have the ability to remove objectionable messages
and we will make every effort
to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine
that removal is necessary.
7) This is a manual process,
however, so please realise that we may not be able to remove
or edit particular messages immediately.
8) You agree, through
your use of this service, that you will not use FF to post any
material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory,
inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful,
harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy,
or otherwise violation of any law.
9) You agree not to post
any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you
or by FF.

Although this FF does not and cannot review the messages posted and is not responsible
for the content of any of these messages, we at this
FF reserve the right to monitor and
delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever and
may block or terminate your
membership for violating any of these terms.

You are responsible for all statements made and acts that occur through the use
of your
membership and password.

Please don't disclose your password to anybody.
13)
If your password has been stolen, you must let us know immediately.
14)
You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree
to indemnify
and hold harmless FF, this
FF, with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your
message(s).

FF cannot and does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the news, information,
or other content found on our site, or its usefulness
for any particular purpose.

You understand and acknowledge that information posted or transmitted by other
users are
the sole responsibility of the person from which such
material originated.

FF takes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or even truth of the
information
posted.

By your use of this service, you agree that FF shall not be liable for any decision made

action taken by you or others based upon reliance on

In agreeing to these terms you are also agreeing to sign up to FF's fortnightly newsletter,
from which you may later unsubscribe.
26) If you purchased an item on FF that was listed as “NEW” , then you have the right to
return that item to the seller within 30 days of
the time of purchase for a refund. The item
must be returned to the seller in “as
shipped” condition. Your refund will
only be for the
purchase amount of the item, not including
any original shipping and handling and you must pay
for any shipping charges for the return
of the item.
27) If you purchased an item on FF that was listed as ”USED”, then
you may have the right to
return the purchased item if, and only
if, the item was unfairly represented by the seller.
You must initiate this claim to the
seller and notify FF of your claim within three business
days of the time you received shipment
of said item. Failure to notify the seller and FF within
the allotted timeframe will result in
the forfeiture of your right to return the item. It will be
your duty in such a case to first contact
the seller and try to resolve this issue. If you and seller
cannot settle the said dispute then
FF has the final word in resolving the dispute and you
hereby agree to accept and abide by
any and all terms set forth by FF’s resolution of the dispute.
28) If you purchase an item on FF that was shipped by the seller
using his own shopping services
rather
than using FF shipping services then you must notify FF if you have not received
the
item within 10 business days from the
time you purchased the item. Failure to notify FF within
the allotted timeframe will result in
the forfeit of any right to return the item.
29)
You agree not to list any email addresses in any FF forums or
private messages.
30)
By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions
above

FF may change or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued
use
of the FF means that you accept any new or modified
terms.
